Refund Policy (DRAFT)
Last updated: 2026-08-21
The short version
If Draw the System isn't what you expected, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you'll get one. No interrogation, no retention offer.
How to ask
Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or use the “Manage” link in it — Paddle.com is the merchant of record for every charge and processes the refund. You can also write to [CONTACT EMAIL — fill in].
What happens to your access
When a refund is approved, access ends immediately — the pass or subscription it paid for stops granting access as soon as we're notified, and connected agents lose the interviewer tools at the same moment. That applies to partial refunds too: we sell one thing at one price, so any refund ends the access it bought rather than pro-rating it.
Your sessions, notes, and diagrams are not deleted by a refund. You can sign in and read or export them, and buying access again picks up where you left off.
Passes and auto-renew
- A 30-day pass is a single payment. It never renews and never charges you again — there is nothing to cancel.
- Auto-renew (the opt-in monthly subscription) can be cancelled at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the period you already paid for intact.
- Buying a second pass while one is still running adds 30 days to your current expiry, not to today — you never lose days you paid for.
After 14 days
Past 14 days we'll still look at genuine problems — a charge you didn't recognise, an outage that ate your prep week, a duplicate purchase. Ask.
Statutory rights
Nothing here limits refund rights you have under consumer law where you live, including EU and UK withdrawal rights. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the purchase.
